Bethel Art Residency
April found me in the not so small village of Bethel, working with K-2 students to create this 576 piece mural of the tundra. Every day I taught the students lessons about color mixing and asked them to paint the tundra and sunsets they see near home in the late summer . The final tundra mural has a hidden message across the top "WE GATHER TOGETHER AND SHARE WITH EACH OTHER"
