The Seldovia Firehouse Mural Project  brought a whole community together to paint this whimsical octopus design on the fire station doors.

This 150' paint by number was commissioned by the the Anchorage Downtown Partnership.  I ran two weekend-long painting workshops in the town square to get it completed and it was used as a safety barrier for the summer months as the PAC's roof was repaired.  The screen was used again during construction of the Dena'ina Convention Center.

Many of
Homeowners Aniseh and Matthew Burtner helped make their mural come to life. We worked together on every aspect of their project, so the Burtners could have a direct and beautiful connection with their artwork and their home.
